Life in Georgia so far
Moving to a new state after over 20 years in the Orlando area definitely took some adjustment. It’s nice being close to more family, especially our beautiful niece. Something else I’ve really enjoyed are the fall leaves, which were gone far too quickly! But the explosion of colors is something that I never really experienced in Orlando.
I’ve found fairly good place for birds too – Sweetwater Creek State Park – right around the corner from where I live.

These are just a few of the things I’ve enjoyed so far about living in Georgia. I recently returned from an amazing camping trip in the northern part of the state and can’t wait to go back when the foliage is looking beautiful again. I’m also excited about visiting some nearby natural attractions like Lake Lanier and Stone Mountain. More posts to come!
